Stephens Convention Center, offering an additional 840,000 square feet of meeting and exhibition space.
Simply stated, our $64 million “facelift” has repositioned our Chicago area facilities as the premier meeting and event venues in the Midwest.
To ensure your meeting fulfills your standards, all of our facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, high-speed Internet capability, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
New Conference Center
Designed for the 21st century, this high-tech meeting center caters to small groups in an intimate setting. Choose from an array of rooms, ranging in size from 2,250 square feet to 450 square feet. Many feature flexible air walls, which allow you to create exactly the configuration you need for your specific event. Arrange for a VIP board meeting with as many as 25 attendees, followed by a private formal dinner served on the finest china. Organize an offsite meeting for your small but growing company, with a theater set up for 70 for your general session, then utilize the surrounding rooms for breakout meetings in U-shape or hollow square format.
Entry Level
Grand Ballroom
Our largest meeting space, the Grand Ballroom provides more than 30,500 square feet of flexible function area, making it one of the largest in the entire Chicago area. This expansive, elegant room features classic chandelier lighting and soaring 23’ high ceilings. Select the entire venue to host more than 3,000 colleagues in a theater-style setting, or 1,900 in a classroom setting. For formal gatherings, the Grand Ballroom can accommodate 2,500 for a seated banquet, and an astounding 5,000 for a classic reception. The ballroom is divisible into as many as eight separate sections to suit your exact requirements.
Adjoining the ballroom is an extensive pre-function area, ideal for setting up coffee breaks or pre-meeting information tables. A separate registration area and coat check adds convenient extras to help your event operate smoothly.
Rosemont Ballroom
At a spacious 9,500 square feet, our junior ballroom easily accommodates meetings with as many as 1,000 attendees in a theater set up, or 690 in a classroom set up. For smaller events, Rosemont can be divided into half or quarters. Use one half of the ballroom to host a meeting, and set up an internationally-flavored lunch buffet in the other.

Expand your meeting from Rosemont into these adjacent meeting rooms. Each can be used singly, or can open up to become part of the events in Rosemont.
Grand Boardroom
This elegant, permanently set boardroom features a classic wood executive table, leather seating for 10 and upgraded amenities.
International Level
International Ballroom
As the anchor for this level of meeting rooms, the Ballroom offers myriad options for your conference. Organize a trade show in this venue, with capacity to accommodate 52 full-size display booths, complete with electrical and computer hook-ups. Launch the kick-off meeting for a new company philosophy with 500 in attendance, then breakout into teams throughout the floor to plan ongoing strategies. The ballroom can also serve as many as 750 for a seated banquet or 1,200 for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres reception.
Florence / London / Paris / Vienna
Each of these four similar rooms, located adjacent to the International Ballroom, is ideally positioned to be used in conjunction with events taking place in the ballroom. Lead an interactive training course set in classroom style for 90, or plan a team-building activity in a hollow square with 40 participants. Set up vendor break rooms for those participating in your trade show, or VIP meeting rooms.
Tech Center
This training room can accommodate 40, and is ideal for new employee orientation, career-advancement courses or computer education classes.
Heathrow / Da Vinci / Narita / Capital / Mirabel / Barajas / Gatwick / Malpensa
Choose any of these similar rooms for smaller meetings and events. Invite your top 50 clients to a private cocktail party, or honor a retiring department head in a seated luncheon for 100. Present new products to your sales team in a theater set up for 60 or entertain your staff with a motivational speaker in a classroom setting for 80.
Charles De Gaulle / Tegel Boardrooms
Each of these permanently set boardrooms feature classic wood executive tables, leather seating for 15 and elegant accessories ideal for VIP meetings.
Meeting Parlors
Located on the 8
th, 9
th and 10
th floors, these meeting parlors are ideal when secluded rooms are needed for private conversations. There are 14 rooms available, with capacity to accommodate up to 10 people in each.
